Christie Jenkins has been #1 in Australia and top 10 in the world in 3 different sports - Trampolining, CrossFit and Beach Volleyball. Christie is also the co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of FC32 where she buys soccer teams around the world with a focus on athlete development. She’s a Partner at Athletic Ventures, and formerly an investor at Blackbird Ventures.

Tova Angsuwat

Founder of Series Build

Ex-People Operations leader at Google with 20 years of experience, she has led teams of recruiters who have hired over 2,000 people. Tova has raised millions of dollars for not-for-profits and sat on the board of a global social impact consultancy. She's passionate about creating a diverse talent that will transform the organisation.

Walter Lee

Exec General Manager at AFL

Born in Malaysia, Lee, 39, came to Australia with his family aged seven. He followed the sport as a kid but did not play. This proved more of a help than a hindrance to his career. Seconded from Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was a strategy consultant, to the AFL in 2008 to help with expansion, Lee’s lack of a football background was seen as vital in growing the game in a new market. He helped set up Gold Coast, securing the club a stadium, and Greater Western Sydney.

Olivia Doherty

Head of Community & Partnerships at Tractor Ventures

Olivia is dedicated to fostering thriving workplace communities through inclusivity and meaningful engagement. As a former athlete, Olivia represented the Australian Women’s European Handball Team for a decade, competing at four World Championships and later managed the Australian Men’s and Women’s Beach Handball Teams.

Paz has dedicated her life to helping people build impactful communities. She’s helped 100+ businesses build strong communities, including one of Australia's largest founder community at The Startup Network, a local co-working space at Happy Spaces, a University startup community at RMIT Activator, asylum seeker women at not-for-profit SisterWorks and many more.

Director at Atlassian Foundation

Steve King is a passionate advocate for social impact, inclusivity, and positive change. Steve has a remarkable journey which spans from being a coding prodigy at the age of 10, co-founder of startup ablio, and the Jessica King Founder Fellowship, and startup advisor for the Remarkable Tech accelerator program. Steve’s leadership has been instrumental in driving initiatives that empower social impact teams. 

Cory Alpert

Managing Director

Cory previously was the Snr. Advisor to the President of the US Conference of Mayors and helped build the humanitarian assistance technology to respond to major disasters across the US and Ukraine. He now advises a major AI research company on the political implications and use cases of their technology in the US. He just concluded three years of service in the White House and is now working on his PhD at the University of Melbourne studying the impact of AI on democracy.

Megan Flamer
